Our products normally ship within 1-2 business days. However, sometimes orders can take up to 1 week to ship. For fastest service, our preferred method of shipment is via UPS (United Parcel Service). We also offer USPS (United States Postal Service). However, please be aware that USPS orders can take a week or more to ship from our warehouse as those orders are not automated. Although you should receive your product in about a week, please allow 2-4 weeks for delivery. If a product will not ship within 7 days, we will contact you to let you know. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment by calling 1-800-318-1039 or 1-516-997-6067 during normal business hours.

Canadian Orders
We ship to Canada via UPS and USPS.  We suggest that you choose to have your product shipped to Canada via USPS to lessen the cost of broker fees and duty as outlined below.

Please be aware that the shipping and handling charges for Canadian orders DO NOT include duty, tax, import fees, broker fees, or any other fees assessed by UPS, usps, the Canadian government, or Brokers. You will most likely be assessed a broker and import tax fee when receiving your order. These additional fees are the responsibility of the consumer and are not included in your order total.

Please check with UPS or the Canadian government for import fees involved in receiving your package including taxes and all brokerage fees.
