If you received a defective product or your product was damaged in shipping, please contact customer service within 14 days at 1-800-318-1039 for a prompt replacement of your product or part. Please have your order number ready.

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will grant an exchange or issue a refund within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping for consumers requesting a refund is the responsibility of the consumer. All returns must be sent via a trackable shipping method. You must have a RMA Number or Return Merchandise Authorization Number before returning the product. To receive your RMA number, please call 1-800-318-1039. Please have your order number ready.
