Why do your products have such large discounts? We have special arrangements with the Manufacturers of all products we offer. We create our own custom collection packages and stock tremendous inventories, thus providing us with special discounts that we pass on to our customers. What shipping method do you use? We ship your items via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS). Is there a risk to entering my personal information online? No. All information you provide at our web site is encrypted for your safety Can I order individual pieces from any of your products? Our sets are designed as package discounts, so we do not offer individual pieces at this time. Yes. Our products have warranties ranging from 1year to lifetime, depending on the product. If you are not satisfied with your product, we will grant an exchange or issue a refund within 30 days of receipt. Is my information given out to other companies for solicitation? No. All information is kept confidential & will never be given to anyone. What forms of payment do you accept? We accept Visa®, MasterCard®, and American Express®. What if I still have questions? Canadian orders, please keep in mind that all orders shipped to Canada are subject to taxes, import fees, duty, and brokerage fees.
