Of all the praise we have had over the years, one of our
customers was so happy with our products that she wanted
to buy volume from us and become a distributor for CSB. Following is a
letter she sent us:

Dear CSB customer service department;
I purchase truck loads...yes, truck loads of your
products on a weekly basis and I have to tell you...the
stuff is GREAT!!!!
The products are of excellent quality and the staff at
your home office...well...they are the nicest, warmest,
most caring and considerate in the business.
Whenever I call, which, by the way, is often, they treat
me as if I am the most important person in the world.
They are encouraging, uplifting and genuine. What a
staff you have!!
And one last comment…"The guy who runs the whole
operation...Robert...wow!!! What a motivator!!! He helps
his people 'march off the map!' There is a man in the
world who never gets turned down, wherever he chances to
stray; He gets the glad hand in the populous town, or
out where the farmers make hay; He is greeted with
pleasure on deserts of sand and deep in the isles of the
woods; Wherever he goes there's a welcoming hand…he's
the man who delivers the goods."

To Whom It May Concern;
I just wanted to drop you a note telling you how you
are now my favorite gift giving company.
A couple of months ago I needed not one, not two, but
THREE bridal shower gifts for girls in the office. Wow,
three gifts, I thought I would go broke!
When my friend recommended your website, I saw the great
prices for kitchen and cookware. Not wanting to give the
same gift to everyone, I ordered one each of the Betty
Crocker set, the Corning Pyrex set and the Bake King
set. When they arrived I was so surprised by how much I
got for my money! All three gifts cost me less than $100
and when they were opened at the shower everyone oooohed
and ahhhhed, I felt terrific.
The sets were so nice and so complete, I decided to buy
myself one of each.
Now whenever I need a really nice gift for a great
price, I shop [at your site].

Hello to [CSB] from Los Angeles,
After cooking with and cleaning your wonderful products
I thought I had to let you all know what a dream they
are. When I was getting married, my mother who has been
a customer for over 8 years, suggested to our friends
and family that they shop from your selection of
products. They created their own Bridal Kitchen Registry
and bought us pretty much everything in your line!
Although I loved everything, I particularly like my
Riviera Cookware set and Juice Master. Cooking & serving
is easy. Cleaning up and storage have made life so much
easier for this couple of newlyweds and law school
students.
You should start a Bridal Registry and make it as easy
and affordable for everyone as it was for us.

Dear CSB,
Let me start by saying it's nice to know there are Real
People behind your products and at the other end of the
phone. It has been a pleasure doing business with the
both of you.
When my mother sold her home we had a tag sale and mom
decided to sell off the works and get a few new things
that she needed for her small condo. Mom hates to shop
and is very picky. Everything seemed overwhelming for
her and selecting so many different items from open
stock would have been a disaster. Your online shopping
made it easy and painless, for me and her pocketbook.
She was able to buy entire collections of cookware such
as the Pyrex and French White by Corning, cutlery, the
Rogers flatware and the Betty Crocker food savers. She
has even asked for the Bake King bakeware set for Mother
s Day so she can get back to making cookies and cakes.
The collections you put together are wonderful, one stop
shopping and a very good bargain for the exceptional
quality. A major manufacturer at a discount price, and
all in one box. I don't know how you do it, but I am
sure glad you do.

Dear Sir and Madam,
Thanks for saving our Christmas Party!
Richard (my husband) and I decided to have a holiday
party and invited some close friends and family. Then,
Richard was promoted and came home saying we had to
invite his co-workers. I had already added more people
and when we added up the invitees, we were over 35 and I
had service and flatware for 16!
Luckily a friend gave me your flyer and when I saw the
Rogers 40 piece flatware set for only $39.95. I ordered
3. I was a little worried that they would be nice
enough, but I was on a tight budget (imagine feeding
over 35 people) and running out of time. Imagine my
delight when I opened the box and saw the lovely
flatware. It was nicer that ours!
The buffet table looked lovely, and we have ditched our
old flatware and use the Rogers everyday for the family
and at parties. It's elegant, looks wonderful and seems
to never wear out.

Hi CSB,
Thanks to your wonderful line of products and my mom's
credit card, I have become a great cook.
After several years of living in the dorm and standing
on the dining hall line, I had an opportunity to move to
an apartment with a friend. Everything went great until
we realized we needed more stuff for the kitchen than
our budget could cover.
The stores are expensive in this college town, so we
tried the Internet for some bargains, and we found you.
Shopping was easy. Everything was explained, the
pictures and descriptions showed all that we were
getting and the price was terrific! When my mom got the
bill she called to tell me she was glad I didn't go
crazy and when I told her all we had gotten, she didn't
believe us. She was so surprised when she visited and
saw all the kitchen goodies and we even made some of the
recipes from your cookbook. (The Quick Hamburger &
Vegetable Soup is a dream and all of the dips,
especially the Mexican Hot Dip, go over big at parties.)
My roommate is endorsing your products on her web site
as well!

Dear CSB,
Thank you for making it a little easier to keep peace in
the Masterson household.
As one of those families that is constantly on the go
where no one eats at the same time or the same thing,
your custom collections and discount prices are
something I couldn't live without.
I can cook large quantities over the weekend with the
Pyrex Glass collection and Corning Visions, cut
everything up into portions and store it in the Betty
Crocker Cranberry food savers and freeze it. All week
long we pick what we like from the freezer, microwave it
and enjoy. What a time saver. I cook, store, heat and
eat; leaving the precious little time we have for
family.
And the best part was the price and your sending it to
my doorstep.
